CAT HAMMOCKS – They’re back!
It’s been a few years since I made cat hammocks, but I have had a few enquiries recently so have brought them back.
Cats like to find their favourite spot, and pretty much just sloth the hours away. Whether it be on the couch, a hidey spot out of sight, or in a hammock. Once they find it and claim it, they’ll return again and again.
SIZES: I will offer a basic size range, others can be added if required. Custom size orders are welcome, simply email me or contact me on Facebook messenger for a quote.
FABRICS: I will offer them in polar fleece.
If you would prefer cotton instead, just email me after placing your order and let me know your fabric choices from the range, and I can amend your order selections to suit.
PLEASE NOTE: Polar fleece is made of plastic, and is not UV stable – meaning the UV from direct sunlight will degrade it over time. So polar fleece hammocks need to be used indoors or out of direct sunlight in order to last.
I will offer a simple design, hanging mounts are approx 10cm long polyester webbing, slipped through the ring, and stitched securely inside the hammock – thus less things to get tangled.
HANGING: Mounting rings/clips are included – these are heavier duty than our regular small animal hammocks, cats are heavier…
If you require longer hanging straps, please ask, or simply use some chain, rope or similar to extend and get the desired length.
AN OUTDOOR OPTION: I will do some searching for a fabric that is UV tolerant, as an outdoor option for cat enclosures etc.
