Parcel Post

FIVE flat rates, based on the total weight of all the combined items in your shopping cart.

We use PARCEL POST, which is road freight, around Australia.

This is not express or airmail.

If after mailing, you overpaid postage – I will always refund any excess postage back to you.

I do not charge you for packaging, invoices, tape or labels, or to drive your parcel to the post office to lodge it personally – I do this for free.

YOUR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Your instructions may/may not be followed by Australia Post delivery people.

I can write LEAVE AT DOOR, DO NOT DELIVER IF NOT AT HOME – Australia Post may choose to disregard them.

They decide if the parcel is left in a safe spot, or if a card shall be left for you to pick it up instead. This is for safety of the parcel against theft by others.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
We’ll email you with an Australia Post tracking number once lodged. You can then track the delivery progress via the Australia Post website.
TAX INVOICE
A tax compliant invoice is sent with every order.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR MAILING ADDRESS
When you proceed through the checkout, PLEASE confirm that your CORRECT/CURRENT POSTAL ADDRESS is shown on your order confirmation. I cannot redirect or readdress parcels if you do not notify me before lodgement at the post office..
RETURNED PARCELS DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS
If your parcel gets sent and/or gets returned due to the provided address being incorrect, another full postage payment will be required as Australia Post will not resend it for free.

Can I pickup my order instead of paying for postage? If you’re in Perth, yes!

Deano is located in Ballajura, 12km north of the Perth CBD (near Malaga )

Before choosing LOCAL PICKUP – how far you will need to travel to collect – postage may be more cost effective than a road trip.

  Deano Designs Perth is my go to online shop for all of my guinea pigs fleece and cozy items. I love the quality and wide range of products for sale. I have been shopping here for many years and love how there is ready made items as well as items you can order to be made, where you can customise items with fun patterns and designs of your choosing.   Great customer service. Quality is excellent, and designs are vivid. Can finally use our tunnel again and not worry about the piggies getting wet from pee, with the tunnel Liner.

Informative instructions included and communication on when the order is placed and sent.

  Love the quality and cute designs you can mix and match plus a wide variety to choose from. Have purchased through Deano Designs before for summer supplies and still happy with the service.   Beautiful quality items, the potty pads work so well at keeping the Guinea Pig's cage dry that we've switched completely to fleece for the piggies and Robyn was lovely to deal with, very quick to reply to any questions I had and helped me pick the sizes I needed.   I have ordered approx 10x from Robyn and her store. She is incredible. The quality, unmatched. The customer service, impeccable. I have a disabled guineapig and she has made every single customisation I have asked for in perfect detail. My pigs are so spoiled and they love their amazing houses which we owe all thanks to her. She responds to me so quickly and I never have to wonder about my order. I know it’s coming exactly how I ordered it.   I am so impressed with this quality.  3 layers, soft, cost and time saving.  It is the best bedding i have used for my guinea pigs.  I think it is even better than vet beds.  Truly amazed 🩷
