DEANO DESIGNS PERTH cannot be held responsible for the following circumstances:

  • Your pet chewed, ate or destroyed the article you purchased.
  • The measurements you provided for your hutch/cage were incorrect – thus the custom sized liners/accessories do not fit.
  • Something you had made a year ago and now want the same fabric, and the fabric is now discontinued.
  • You did not follow the correct washing/care recommendations when cleaning your handmade products.

Please Note: If you are unhappy with an item you have received ( Please contact me immediately)

  • Not correct in colour (ie fabric colour/pattern).
  • Not correct in size – ie smaller/longer/bigger than described, so you cannot use it).
  • Not correct in use. – doesn’t do what it is supposed to do
  • Not as described on the website – ie wrong item entirely
CHECK YOUR ORDER:
  • PLEASE NOTE: check your order as soon as you receive it – if the item you ordered is not right, – I can only accept the goods back if they are unused and resellable. 
  • So please do try them for fit when they arrive, before you wash them or use them in the cage – and if they’re not right, let me know and we’ll work something out.

ONE YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY on all of our handmade products!!

Deano Designs Perth began in 2013 – so we’ve made a lot of fleece bedding and cage accessories since then.

To ensure you’re happy with your purchase from Deano, we’re pleased to offer our ONE YEAR Manufacturers Warranty on our handmade products.

The warranty covers materials and workmanship on the items handmade by us.

If genuine defects are found, Deano Designs Perth will repair, refund or replace the item at our discretion.

LIMITATIONS:

  • The warranty starts the day your order is completed – it is not transferable, and applies only to the original purchaser.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Damage to the item by animals (chewing, scratching, digging or gnawing).
  • Incorrect laundering, stains, fabric fading, normal wear and tear over time
  • Repairs or alterations undertaken after original purchase
  • Neglect or misuse by persons

HOW TO CLAIM:

  • Please contact us by email [email protected] with details such as your receipt/proof of purchase, details of what the problem is, and include some photos so we can see the issue.
  • We’ll assess your claim, and make a decision on how to proceed.
