The name of this product : SOFTSHELL POCKET (has velcro closure)
Softshell fleece is popular in cold countries to make rain jackets etc.
It has a short tufted fleece layer on the inside, in the middle a thin layer of plastic film, and on the outside a smooth textured fabric. Overall, around 2-3mm thick.
This fabric will allow the coolness of an ice brick to travel thru to your pets laying beside it, but not allow any moisture to seep thru onto your animals or their bedding. So it’s basically a one-way waterproof fabric.
CLEANING: This fabric does not stretch, and I would recommend a gentle handwash if needed, and a drip dry in the shade out of the sun.

HOW TO USE THE COVERS: Softshell fleece is not absorbent, so you will need to include an absorbent layer around the ice brick to soak up the dribbles, before placing into the cover. A cotton blend sock, cotton facewasher or similar work just fine – this will prevent liquids seeping out thru the cover opening as the ice brick thaws – leaving your pet a wet tummy.
Many customers wrap their bricks in tea towel or similar, and by using the waterproof cover with a velcro closure over the top, it prevent pets from removing the ice bricks from towels.

These bricks are 32x25cm, the ice brick cover finished size is 37x25cm.

These covers have a velcro closure at one end.
You could place smaller ice bricks, gel ice packs etc into the bag as desired, you may already have other ice bricks that will fit inside.
